If the center of the tire is warmer than the sides, the tire pressure is high. Approximately 5 degrees of temperature equals 1 lbs of tire pressure. In the analysis above, I would lower the LF tire pressure by 2 - 3 lbs. Optimizing tire pressures, is an important element towards making your car the fastest in you class.
