This screen is where you enter your 'at-the-track' setup information for each track/race.  Tire/wheels are selected from tires in the 'Tire Bank', tire pressures, tire temperatures, tire circumferences plus track conditions, start/finish positions are entered and saved for each track/race.   This provides the saved/stored information to refer to so that you can consistently have a great car setup and improve upon the setup each race using the temperature analysis information.   Drivers having confidence in their car setup then drive harder and faster than a driver who is unsure of the car setup.
